As part of the France Tunisia twinning, of which France Médias Monde is the leader, and Antoine Cormery, director of the Académie, the project manager, the first training sessions of part 1 "Governance and Organization" took place by videoconference. They were conducted between November and December by Mr. Laurent Tolazzi, Expert for Twinning in administration and procedures and Deputy Director of Professional Paths and Diversity at France Télévisions. During these trainings, the ETT teams worked on the implementation of a new organizational chart and the description of the main missions of each department. This key step then makes it possible to prepare job descriptions and function descriptions within the establishment. The ETT teams are fully mobilized under the direction of Ms. Nadia Hadyaoui, Director of Human Resources and responsible for this component.
